Desktop Wallpapers

Wallpapers are the background patterns or pictures sets to your computed desktop. A wallpapers images can be in various formats, like JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF file formats. Wallpaper is commonly used in Microsoft Windows, Macintosh Mac OS X, Linux, and in other operating systems as well. Each operating system provides several pre-installed wallpapers images that users can choose from. A user can also choose to download and install third-party wallpapers and use one of these instead.

Desktop wallpaper on your monitor could be tiled, centered or even stretched. In case that you choose centered then image is placed in the middle of the desktop and empty box is filled with a solid color. When an image is stretched, it is stretched to cover all of the desktop. Adding different wallpapers to you computer allows you to change the background image of your desktop.
